This Privacy Policy covers information collected through the public website at magentasystemsusa.com (the “Site”). It does not cover jobsite operations, vendor onboarding, procurement or customer portals, or employment files, except to the extent a person uses the Site contact or careers form.
2. What information we collect
The Site is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, the hosting platform generates standard server request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the Site.
The Site contact and careers forms collect only what you submit: name, company, email, phone, message, and optional project city/state. The form also records which form you used (contact or careers). Submissions are received by the Site server and delivered by email to admin@magentasystemsusa.com through our email delivery provider (see Section 5). If the form cannot deliver your message, it may instead offer to open a pre-filled message in your own mail app addressed to that mailbox; what you send then travels through your own mail provider.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, or government ID through the Site.
We do not operate accounts or checkout on the Site.
If you call 704-457-1162 or email admin@magentasystemsusa.com, we receive what you send.
3. How we use information
We use Site inquiry information to respond to you, to operate and secure the Site, and to keep ordinary business records of who contacted us.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use Site inquiry information to set unit rates or to form a contract. A form submit is not a bid and not a hire.
4. Cookies / analytics
The Site sets no cookies of its own. No analytics package, including Google Analytics 4, is installed on the Site.
This section will name only tools that are actually installed. We will not describe GA4 or any other tracker until it is on the Site.
5. Sharing / service providers
We may share inquiry information with Magenta Workspace operators who need it to respond (the people behind admin@magentasystemsusa.com).
Site traffic passes through our hosting provider, Vercel, in order to serve the Site. The Site server that receives form submissions also runs on Vercel.
When you send the contact or careers form, the Site server delivers your submission by email through Resend, an email delivery service operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., a United States company. Resend sends it from no-reply@send.magentasystemsusa.com to admin@magentasystemsusa.com. The information that passes through Resend is what you enter in the form (name, company, email, phone, message, and project city/state if you provide it), which form you used, and standard email delivery data such as sender and recipient addresses and the time sent. We use Resend only to deliver form submissions to our mailbox. Resend handles this information on our behalf as a service provider. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share form submissions with Resend for any purpose other than delivering them to us.
We do not use any other form host, email processor, or analytics tool. If we add one, we will name it here before it goes live.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Magenta, our people, or others from fraud or harm.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business recordkeeping. Magenta has not adopted a fixed retention period for Site inquiries. Our email delivery provider keeps delivery records under its own terms.

This policy does not describe rights under any specific state or federal privacy law. If the Site later collects data that triggers such rights, we will update this policy before that collection begins.
The Site is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.
