You may not use the Site to break the law; attack, overload, or scrape the Site at scale; impersonate Magenta; or submit false or harmful content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magenta Systems, LLC and its members, officers, and people are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of the Site or these Terms.
The Site is unpaid informational content. Total liability arising out of Site use is limited to zero U.S. dollars, except where applicable law does not allow that limit. This draft does not cite a statute. This allocation does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are about the Site. They do not change any signed construction contract, purchase order, or subcontract.
